No hassle encountered. The tour goes smoothly. Thank you Klook!! Me and my family enjoyed the tour. This is my second time visiting the Underground River.
A magical experience! The place was beyond spectacular. We are so blessed last Aug 10, after 6 consecutive days of PPUR tours getting suspended due to bad weather. The longest suspension, they say, of the tours since its opening. I thought I will leave PPC without seeing it. Liz, our guide, is also good.
It was a well organized tour. Pick us up ahead of time. Our tour guide Red is very energetic, funny and he has a lot of enthusiasm. We did the Mangroves Paddle Boat and we saw some snakes, and our boatman sang a song for us at the end of the trip. We did also the zipline and it was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is that our driver Nonoy plays the radio in high volume while we are sleeping on our way home, so all of us woke up because of the sound. The van is not so comfortable for foreigners who are long legged. But all in all it was a very good tour. I will continue to book my upcoming tours with Klook. Kudos!
From the Princess Harbor City Hotel at 7:15 in the morning, the shuttle bus is about half an hour late. It seems to be a very common thing. In the Philippines, you don't have to worry, you will always wait. Then go north, rest in the middle, and go to the bathroom. It takes about one and a half hours to reach the port of Sabang. The crab boat takes about 30 minutes to reach the entrance of the underground river. After that, it is put on headphones, and the exclusive boat slides the boat into the wonder river of the world. A bat dark cave opens the magical experience of your vision and smell.
The tour was very organized! There’s a lot of visitors 1200 to 1500 per day that’s why it would take time for the guide to process the docs needed to visit the PPUR. They will give out two options which are Zipline (P550) or the Mangrove Paddle Boat Tour (P350). We chose the Paddle Boat Tour and lucky us we saw a seaturtle, but it was injured according to the locals. Hope it’s okay already. The PPUR was very mesmerizing and the boat guide was very funny as well. The van that took us to the place from downtown was very cold, you need to bring jacket with you and also the road was a bit bumpy and zigzag so if you have motion sickness you need to take meds just to be sure you don’t feel dizzy during the almost two hours ride. We’ll surely recommend this tour!!
